NBK has simplified cardless withdrawal Kuwait to a large extent courtesy its specially engineered CDMs and ATMs. Cardless withdrawal Kuwait enables you to withdraw cash as per your requirements via your mobile phone number or Civil ID. In the case of the former, you have to provide the OTP (one-time-password) that you receive for authentication purposes. The Civil ID expiry date has to be added as well. You can add a beneficiary for withdrawals with the mobile number or civil ID by giving him/her the OTP and a special code.
Cardless withdrawal Kuwait is available across all NBK ATMs and transactions should be made via NBK Mobile Banking. You can easily access your banking account via the NBK Mobile Banking application. You can scroll to the central menu and then choose the cardless cash withdrawal Kuwait option as you see it on the interface. You have to choose then as per the fields are given, namely the recipient (in case it is being sent to any other person or even yourself), withdrawal method, i.e. mobile number or Civil ID based and also the amount in question.
The limits which are allowed by NBK are five transactions through this method each day. The limit for each transaction is an amount of KD 250. The allowed transactional amount through this system every day is KD 1,000. The minimum amount that can be withdrawn with this method is KD 10. The OTP will also automatically expire post 3 hours or if you key it in incorrectly for a total of three times.

You can access funds from several locations in Kuwait and globally on a 24-hour basis for every day of the week. You can access funds swiftly with only a single tap. The NBK Tap & Pay Debit Card can be used, or you can opt for a local bank debit card which is NFC enabled without putting your card into the ATM machine. For CDMs, you can deposit cash up to 100 notes at one go along with depositing KD 1, 5, 10 and 20 notes. The deposits will be instantly credited to the account, and you can access them anytime.
Mobile ATMs are vans with dual ATMs which enable support for customers upon specific requests and also for events. This service is available for seven days every week and also for 8 hours per day. Multi-currency ATMs are also available at the Kuwait International Airport from NBK. You can make withdrawals in various currencies such as Euros, US Dollars, UAE Dirham, British Pound Sterling, Kuwaiti Dollars and Saudi Riyals. You can use NBK ATMs for updating information on the Civil ID, changing the credit and debit card PINs, asking for chequebooks, mini account statements and account statements via the branch. You can also make intra-account and inter-account transfers.
